This tour is totally customizable – you choose the length of the tour, what time you want to be picked up, and what you want to see.

I love San Francisco and have spent 20 years studying and exploring the city. I’ll work with you to plan your tour so you can see the famous sites and the hidden gems other tours can't go to or don't know about. I’ve designed this to be the type of tour I would take if I visited San Francisco, but where you go is up to you. I make suggestions along the way, but how long you spend at any site is up to you. You're never rushed, and never have to wait for other people. It's all about you!

Plus, it's fun! In the convertible MINI Cooper, you see everything up close and personal as we drive along.

I love showing guests San Francisco, and talking about the history and culture of this unique and special city.

Drive through this former Army base turned national park. Stop and see the Yoda statue if you want.

North Beach

Learn the history and culture of this neighborhood that is a favorite of locals and visitors alike.

Lombard Street

If the time is right and there isn't too much traffic (usually weekend and holiday afternoons) we drive down the famous crooked st. If we can't drive down, we can at least drive by, and get out for photos if you want to.

Chinatown

Drive through this neighborhood, and learn about its history and culture. As I talk about the architecture, you can look up an see it as we drive through in the convertible MINI Cooper.

Haight-Ashbury

Drive down the street made famous in the 1960's, and learn why the music and culture made resonated around the world.

Golden Gate Park

Drive through the park, see the museums and the Japanese Tea garden. Guests enjoy driving through and learning the history of this urban garden created on top of 1,017 acres of sand. If open, there is an opportunity to go into the observation tower of the DeYoung museum.

Twin Peaks

Experience a spectacular view of the entire city, the Bay, and if the weather is clear, bridges as far south as Silicon Valley and up near the wine country.

16 Avenue Tiled Steps

The 16th Ave Tiled steps are only part of what you can see. I can show you a lesser known but equally as impressive tiled staircase, and what these staircases looked like before they were transformed into this urban art piece.

We had a fabulous trip around San Fransisco with Reed and his wonderful minicar. Our plane was delayed by a day and Reed was very kind and managed to change our tour date to accommodate this. HIs tour allowed us to see much of San Fransisco up close and his chat was so informative. He made it fun for the 3 of us, including our teenage son. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

We only had one day in San Francisco and Reed made our trip unforgettable. He gave us an overall tour of the must see sights of San Fran and there would have been no other way to see this much in just one day. On top of the sights, Reed was extremely knowledgeable and had wonderul history and stories to share. We felt very comfortable and safe with him throughout the whole tour. Highly recommend and would do it again!!!

We were looking for a way to see as many of the classic sites of the city in the limited time we had. Reed made it happen in a really fun morning zipping around the city. We were able to ask questions throughout and take additional time on the sites that we were really interested in. The convertible was perfect. We were able to see all of the amazing architecture and squeeze into spots with limited access. I would say that this should be on your must-do list.
