Denali Experience Flightseeing Tour from Talkeetna

This tour takes you within 6 miles of Denali's north summit (19,470 ft.) and south summit (20,320 ft.). You will enter an ancient world of rugged high mountain peaks, towering snow-capped mountains and glacier-filled valleys and explore the south and east faces of Denali. The regular flightseeing tour is 1 hour, or choose the glacier landing option for a 1.5 hour tour including a landing atop a glacier. This is truly a once in a lifetime experience you will not forget.

Have done this 4 times and the glacier landing and scenery are always spectacular! Pilots are safe and knowledgeable, planes are in top shape. K2 A must do for your trip.

Having admired Denali from below for many years, it felt like time for a closer visit. I'm so glad we did! Got to see all the peaks, climbers on the move, Mountain House #1 and #2, and amazing vistas. The pilot's narrative was very helpful - nice to know that those "little wrinkles" were hundreds of feet deep! Thanks to K2 for making this experience so amazing. Afterwards, we visited the Ranger station and the Talkeetna Cemetery memorial to climbers who didn't make it. I recommend those as a follow up reminder of the force of this great mountain.
