Germaine Luau was great. You get a lot for your money. Pay the extra for their transportation. It's worth it.

Did not show up. Customer service was rude and hung up on me twice. Late for airport and viator refuses to give a refund! Do not recomme

Waited 45 minutes for my shuttle which did not show. After contacting customer service I was told that the van driver forgot about picking us up. I asked how soon can he pick us up, but in turn I was told to take a Taxi and that they will cancel our reservations and be credited. The reservation was cancelled but never received a credit back to my credit card. I am still waiting on my credit card account to be credited.
