I booked 3 trips with VIP Transportation and decided to use this company for my last trip to the airport. I had sent the tour company a message via TripAdvisor but didn't get a response. For this reservation we were going from our hotel to the airport to pickup our rental car so there was no need to be there 2-3 hours early. Since I didn't get a message until right before my requested pickup time, I was a little in the dark about the pickup time and had to call. The operator seemed to question me about my request of getting to the airport 1 hour before my car pickup time. I told her twice that we were not flying out, only picking up our rental car. I even told her if we could change the time to 12pm that would be great as well but she claimed they didn't have anything available for that time. The drive who picked us up was friendly and gave us a few restaurant suggestions so the review is not about him, just about the lack of communication between the company and myself. Not sure I would use their services again.

Driver took us to the correct airline but Dropped us off at wrong location causing us a ten minute walk to our gate.
