We actually turned up a little earlier after making sure we were at the right place, the staff who were really helpful managed to place us on an earlier flight, after the safety briefing and a video it was time to fly, I got to sit next to the pilot and had the best views of the city. We flew around governor island, the Statue of Liberty and Ellis island, the along the Hudson as far as the George Washington bridge, we had a great view of Central Park, Yankee stadium and flew back over New Jersey. My girlfriend who had never been in a helicopter before thoroughly enjoyed it and made the holiday an absolute experience she will never forget

I was booking a tour for my parents. The first time was cancelled due to weather conditions. Rescheduled for March. Yesterday, due to road works, we were 10 minutes late and were not allowed on the tour and refused to refund the money for rescheduling to another date, asking for an additional $ 180. Ruined day and mood for my elderly parents

It was cool to sit in the cockpit with the pilot, Scott. However, Scott did not know how to identify the Vessel in Hudson Yards! The Vessel has been open since 2019! That was a bit disappointing.
