Experience was not as good I we expected compared to other helicopter companies we have used around the world. The pilot was very informative and friendly and good at his job but the ground crew were not as efficient. Our flight consisted of 5 passengers, four (of the heaviest in weight) were crammed in the back seat and the smallest and lightest passenger was in the front. As we were crammed in the back our flight was very uncomfortable. Also the windows of the helicopter were scratched and not clean which made it extremely difficult to take clear photos. If you are a large person (which we are not) I would think secondly about using this company as you would be very uncomfortable as we were. Apart from that what we did see from the helicopter was amazing.
