My 16 yr old son wanted to experience riding in a helicopter and what better than to do it in NYC The pilot was very knowledgeable. He pointed out a lot of sm details to look at. It was an amazing experience I'm sure he will never forget this Mother and son trip Thanks

Front end staff VERY rude. 45 minutes late from reservation time. Later reservations went before us because who company grouped us with were late - this caused us to miss our bus to get back to hotel costing us charges over $100 for another bus line.
