I used this service to travel from the hotel to the airport. I was a little worried because I didn't know where to wait, but I received a message and the problem was resolved. I had a lot of luggage, including two wheelchairs and suitcases, but they were able to load it without any problems, and the driver was also very kind, so I'm very satisfied. Thank you ♪

The pickup time was between 9:00 and 9:15, but it was 9:30. Well, that might be normal for an American company, but I was worried because it was a flight back home. In the end, there were no problems, but all the communication was in English, so people who are not good at English might be worried about whether the reservation was made properly.
