I had booked a trip for December 5, 2021 for 13:30 pm Discover Avalon: Catalina Scenic Tour. I had fully paid in advance and printed the receipt and the Bar Code. Just before the tour was about to begin, we were told to get off the vehicle and informed that Viator FAILED to communicate to the tour operator (Santa Catalina Island Company). We showed them the printed receipt. They tried to tell us that it shows a different date on their local computer. They placed the entire blame on VIATOR. This was a big DISAPPOINTMENT , and a major setback to our anniversary plan. Anyway, they offered to refund our money.
