We got in the Philadelphia bus tour with the brown buses and had a great ride. However, they were partnered with the red bus company and when we got to the end of the tour we had to switch buses to get back to our hotel so we jumped on the red bus. Immediately the entire bus was treated to a screaming argument full of profanities and rude gestures between the bus driver and one of the tour guides (Dave). As we took off down the block, Dave was screaming at the employee working at the stand about the bus driver. Crazy. Completely unprofessional and not family friendly. The brown bus was great!

Tour guides were great and very knowledgable about the city. The toute went by lots of great photo opportunities.

Great team - both bus companies in the city were working together on the day we were there. Minor rain but they provided everyone with rain ponchos.
