Loved the customer service. The morning tour was more serious than the afternoon tour. The ability to get back to everything we wanted to see easily was wonderful.

The knowledge our tour guide had about the city, buildings, and history. She was amazing.However, our second day it was rainy and cold and there were never enough seats inside the bus. Riding up top was pretty miserable.
