One-of-a-Kind Food Tasting — On our 3-hour tour of Downtown Gilbert we invite you to taste the best of the old and the new. Visit the restaurants that have become beloved Gilbert institutions as well as the new popular restaurants that have turned into instant local hot spots.
• On this tour, you will enjoy delicious craft pizza, a freshly baked dessert, decadent barbecue, authentic Mexican street tacos and house-made taffy, paired with a variety of cocktails. (We also take you down into a hidden speakeasy with a special code word!)

We spent a great afternoon visiting multiple restaurants and learning about the local community. Our guide, Jessica was lots of fun and made it a memorable experience.

Our tour guide was Trey, and he also had a trainee. Trey was very friendly, and the food was good. That being said, the tour did lack a bit compared to other food tours we've been on. Trey did not gather the group together to tell facts about Gilbert. Oftentimes part of the group was still crossing the street while he was talking. Trey did not explain the food to the group, and most restaurants did not either. OHSO was very busy, and we stood up in a crowd while tasting a small flavored beer. Perhaps a group of 16 was just too large for a Sunday.

So sorry to hear about your experience on Sunday, and understand your frustration with your experience. We ran into some really busy restaurants and Trey normally doesn't run this tour. All our guides should use microphones and stop to discuss all the fun facts & history. We appreciate the feedback and have made a few adjustments to make this tour more enjoyable and yes also smaller groups. if you happen to have an opportunity to go on another tour with us, please reach out so we can make it up to you.
