• You can ONLY bring carry-on-size bags and backpacks
• There are no rooms to check coats, packages, baggage or suitcases, so please don't bring them to the Observatory

On July 31st 2024 at approximately 130pm my family of 4 purchased tickets to go see the Empire State Building. We go thru check in and security all fine and the staff was very friendly. After observing the 86th floor, we went to go see the 102nd. I threw away our tickets not knowing to keep it and the Black/African older gentleman at the elevator was very rude about it, telling me to go look for it. Not guiding me after I told him we are first timers here. He answered my questions about getting a copy of our tickets extremely rude and impolite. Another employee saw this incident and help guide me and my family to the next step so we can have an amazing time and honestly any views is all the same from the Edge or from the Top of the Deck Observation views and the Empire State Building is nothing but the same. We decided to leave and not even cared about going up to the 102nd floor because of that one rude employee. Words of advice: RETRAIN YOUR STAFF ON POLITENESS and HOW TO TALK TO TOURISTS/VISITORS on when they have questions about their tickets.

Had a great experience at the Empire State Building sun rise experience. They allow you lots of time at the top and we were also provided with a hot drink and pastry. If you hate the crowds this is the best way to do it but it is on the expensive side as for 2 people it was £240

Empire State Building - Skycraper in Mew York . United State..Amazing is the Iconic in New York city. Use the elevator to climb up at the rooptop ! You can see all the entire stunning views of New York. Or NY ..very fabulous Skycraper in the United State. Very great archetect to work and build.. well design of Shreve & Hermon .. it was built from year 1931....impressively the mist beautiful in the world..
