Explore the Everglades on an airboat adventure. This tour includes transportation, park entrance, airboat ride, the airboat tour, and free time to walk the park and see all the alligator exhibits. Have the chance to see alligators up close in their natural habitat, as well as the many exhibits scattered throughout the park. This half day tour departs twice daily at 9:30 and 1:30.

Tour was delayed to an hour and half , and our other tour was booked so we couldn’t take the tour. we contacted for cancellation and refund , but still no update

The experience in the Everglades was incredible; we had the opportunity to see many alligators and enjoy the stunning surroundings. However, the company we traveled with left much to be desired. Firstly, they asked us to arrive half an hour before the scheduled activity, but in the end, we waited for over an hour. Furthermore, during the journey, we were inside the bus for half an hour without air conditioning, which was uncomfortable, and on the way back, the bus was driving very slowly due to mechanical issues. To make matters worse, we were stuck in the middle of a highway for quite some time because the bus wouldn't start. Although the expected arrival time was around 4 p.m., we didn’t get back until 7 p.m. It was a truly frustrating experience due to such poor organization.

The Red Double Decker Bus Broke Down 3 times and we never made it to the Everglades. We had to uber from the side of the highway because the bus was broken down and we decided to go back to our hotel after the THIRD time it broke down. We had a 9 am tour booked and the bus did not pick us up from the pick up location until 9:45 am( we rushed to be on time but the company was far from timely). After we ubered back, I tried to get a refund and the staff gave me a false manager phone number ( the manager did not answer and the number wouldn’t let me leave a message). They told me they weren’t authorized to do a refund and of course the manager was not in the building nor did they know his hours for when he would be back at the location. I simply wanted a refund due to the lack of safety this transportation had, never making it to the Everglades, and for wasting my time and money. TAKE YOURSELF TO THE EVERGLADES! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. My request to refund is still in “Review” and honestly I may never get my money back ! This was horribly organized and a scam! And I’m extremely disappointed that we never even went to the Everglades or saw a damn crocodile or alligator like wtf… like I said, you may have to just drive yourself because this was not it, AT ALL!
