We booked this as an excursion off of our Carnival cruise and it was a great way to see the iconic Everglades, have some fun and get a safe transfer to Fort Lauderdale airport as well. The coach transfer from Port Everglades to the Everglades Holiday Park was seamless and our guide on the coach, Sandy, was a real treat with a great sense of humor. Arriving at the park, we were ushered through the photo booth (where we were given a lovely complimentary photo, and onto the airboats which were comfortable and not overcrowded. (Just watch your head getting on and off as my wife discovered the metal roof is rather hard!) The hour out on the Everglades with Captain Steve was great fun, wonderful fresh air and we got to see all sorts of wildlife. Returning to the dock, we went in to see the show with Paul (from Animal Planet’s “Gator Boys”) and the short show was entertaining and Paul had a great sense of humor as well. This was the perfect way to enjoy the area when disembarking from our cruise and the professionalism of all the people we dealt with today was well above what one normally expects. The rescued gators in the show are supported by donations from people watching the show and it’s definitely a worthy cause. This attraction comes highly recommended.

We are so thankful and humbled by this sparkling review! It is awesome to know you decided to take an Everglades adventure with us while on an excursion for your cruise. Our airboat tours are an awesome way to get a hands-on experience with Florida's pristine natural ecosystem, and our captains are wonderful company! Was expecting more. Heard it was a fast boat ride and you even get splashed sometimes. That didn't happen. Heard that the captain made it interesting and funny, not so much for the humor. Wish we could have gotten closer to the alligators. The price wasn't bad. The gator show , now he was funny.

Made a last minute decision to go to the park for our only afternoon in Miami. Yippee! Sometimes you pick just right! Took an UBER over from our Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel. Quite a drive, but totally worth it! The park is well designed & the staff is very very friendly. Our air boat Captain Charley was great fun & incredibly informative. He managed to find us lots of critters, including 3 Alligators. The scenery was beautiful too. Then on to the Alligator Wrestling Show. Paul is exceptional!!! Highly recommend for an afternoon of fun & education. Well worth the money!
