We were on a tour following disembarkation from a cruise. This was for an everglades trip, this lasted about 30 minutes. During the trip the captain stopped to point out birds, plants and of course alligators. This was much louder than I expected. Some flexibility is required for getting into / out of the boat (my father in law struggled). The alligator show was fantastic and insightful. I did not realise this was part of the excursion. I was a little worried as they were captive but it was explained that this was a part of a conservation project. Once alligators are removed from people's homes they are legally not allowed to be released. This project finds them alternative homes so they are not destroyed. They are fundraising through the shows. This was fun and informative.

We apologize about your father in law having trouble getting in and out of the boat, it is our hope that the trip is enjoyable before, during and after so for that we are sorry. Very commercial with too many airboats (almost on top of each other) on the water. This place is a pure tourist trap at a value price. If you’re looking for an authentic experience, avoid this place. If you want to go on your own schedule (no reservations required) and want the quick and family friendly Everglades/Alligator experience, this is a decent stop. The family thought it was okay, but none of us thought it was anything special. The boats are very loud and the captain uses a scratchy speaker to try and guide you through the tour. It was hard to hear but we did see some gators and birds. Overall, it is an inexpensive choice for a mid-grade gator experience.

Thank you for sharing your input and feedback with us. It is extremely important to us as we always want guest expectations to be met upon arrival. We do realize that everyone has their own preference when it comes to our airboats and that is why we do also offer private tours which can be done on open airboats. These private tours can also be tailored to your group's preference should you wish to hit a few extra speed trails along the way or go a little deeper into the glades! We appreciate you bringing the boat speaker to our attention. We will be sure to take a look at the issue immediately.

We met our son and our new daughter-in-law when they came in off their cruise for their honeymoon, and we wanted to take them someplace special. We took a gamble by taking them to the Everglades Holiday Park and on the Gator Boys show and airboat ride we were not disappointed! The show was fun and one of the Gator Boys leading the show was hilarious as he demonstrated his knowledge and skill with the giant alligators. The airboat ride was the best, as a giant alligator came right up to the boat and got us all worried. What a great time!!!
