Please note that while our boat ranger will make every effort to look out for alligators in the wild, the Everglades are not a zoo with guaranteed animal appearances. Animal appearances depend on various factors such as weather, time of year, breeding season, luck etc. Any animals that you see in captivity in the sanctuary are injured or orphaned rescue animals that would otherwise not survive in the wild. Therefore they are kept in the sanctuary. As per US government regulations these animals are taken care of in Florida wide sanctuaries to educate the public. The welfare of the animals is properly controlled and regulated by the State of Florida. Thank you for your understanding.

We got a meeting point which we could not reach due to the road being blocked. Meeting point could not be changed and no refund since it was to close to departure. Offered to meet up at the lake and join the group to get our tickets that we paid for. But then they claimed to be sold out!!!! So we got nothing for the money. Btw don't fall for the special price, that's not applief for the tour anyway.

Despite a confirmation of the meeting point sent 24 hours in advance, you did not arrive, and the tour departed as scheduled. All 18 other participants were present and on time. Felt like I was being herded through Disneyland…due to multiple boats in our area of the Everglades it was not the peaceful experience I had hoped for. The alligator experience was good

Hello: We understand your frustration with the large crowds. We highly recommend taking the morning tour during peak season, when it is less crowded, given that our Everglades tours are the most popular activity in South Florida. Best regards, Vincent
