Trip was ok, saw a baby alligator and iguana. Purchasing through viator not worth it, $20 less at the venue. Drive was longer than the boat ride.

Driver Rocky was excellent. He knows where to spot alligators. I prefer an open top airboat so as disappointed to be enclosed. And the front window view is obscured by cloudy plastic. Great ride.

DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DIDNT EVEN PICK US UP. THEY SKIPPED OUR PICK UP LOCATION!!! When we called they said they had come 5 mins earlier, however, we were outside for 30+ minutes. Such a joke. Then the guy on the phone said he wasn’t able to refund me, because of their 24 hr cancellation policy BUT IT WAS THE COMPANIES MISTAKE. He gave us 3 different stories, the last one being “if they’re behind schedule sometimes they skip a pick up location”…….. Excuse me??! After my friend getting very upset, they finally agreed to refund me, but it took some mad convincing and aggressiveness. Rent your own car and buy tickets at the Everglades, it’ll be cheaper for groups of 2 or more people!
