Well organized, professional, educational, and fun. From the beginning when you enter the property, you can see that the owners want you to have a good experience. Our tour guide on the water was excellent. Captain Baby Face took us through the Everglades with expertise. His knowledge was valuable and interesting. He told us everything from why the Everglades were there to the current visitors in the water and in flight around our journey. He was an excellent tour guide for us. Kudos to the owners who hired him.

Really great tour once we actually arrived. Traffic was really heavy so we were 30 minutes later leaving the hotel than our time and the activity was a long way from downtown. It was NOT the tour company’s fault. My only negative comment is the significant language barrier. My very poor Spanish was a real problem even though the counter agent spoke reasonably good English. Fantastic air boat driver who was very entertaining. Fun for the family.
