Much better than expected. Staff, except driver, very helpful to my wife in wheelchair. One more item off "bucket list".

We had a lovely time. Fall and winter months are the best time. Recommend ear plugs and/or noise canceling headphones. It is very loud. I used both. We saw blue herron, osprey, turkey buzzards, and the infamous swamp chicken. No gators, but it was still great. Saw gators in the gator show, which is not to be missed.

The airboat tour was mildly interesting, we did get to see a couple gators in the swamp, the boat went fast a couple times, fantastic boat captain on our boat. You are never far at all from the dock and power lines are always in view so it’s not exactly a wilderness adventure. The gator show was the holiest thing I’ve seen in quite a while and the “animal park”…really? A fox in an enclosure and a couple large turtles. Peacocks roam the property. Exit through the gift shop. I’d skip it.
