Ok let me start by saying our driver dimitrius was awesome right on time for pick up very friendly and informative about the Florida area . We got dropped off he got our tickets and put us on the airboat VIP service. I didn’t like the captain of our boat due to lack of understanding him and at the end begging for tips I understand that the salaries here in Florida are in the low side but they making people feel really uncomfortable by asking them to tip I had 2 out of the country people with me and they never seen anything like this before tip tip tip . Then we watched the gator show and same thing again tipping no less they except Venmo the nerve in those people Otherwise the park show boat ride was ok not great this was the holiday park airboat ride I was 2 times at the sawgrass airboat ride and it was better open airboat ride holiday park airboat rides are in closed and you do t see much if u sit in the middle Will not return seen it and done it will move on

Really enjoyed the airboat ride and Captain Dillon (Dylan?) was great at getting everyone a chance to see the wildlife, assist in boat, etc. Very handy to call in and adjust bus ride to pick us up from Air B n B. Could have done without the gator show however, for my family. Felt exploitive for both animal and volunteer.

Loved learning about the Everglades, and even though we didn’t see any alligators, it was an awesome experience. Kudos to Bruce for getting us there and back in a fun, laid-back fashion!
