This is a really cool museum that everyone in the family enjoyed, including my 13 year old daughter and my history buff husband! Well laid out and very informative. Definitely worth a trip!

Was made to come here due to the fact they wouldn’t accept my refund request. One, the girl on the left spit on me and called me the f slur. Two, the girl on the right tripped me and everyone on the tour laughed. I was ashamed. This place truly shows the real person in everyone. I am exposing the tourists here as a Chicago area resident (Skokie-Niles). Please don’t come here if you are made to come by this horrible app. Susan you also really disappointed me (an employee) when you wouldn’t point me in the direction of the bathroom because, “I already went in my pants” Blah blah blah. I hope everyone learns from my experience and doesn’t go here.

Thank you to Sabrina Johnson at the sales counter of Field Museum! She was so helpful, we had some confusion with our city pass and our library pass but Sabrina was so helpful and nice. She made the initial encounter for my family who was here from out of town memorable.
