  • Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • Reservation date and time required. Tours leave every 30 minutes from 9:30am to 3:30pm
  • Any age child can enjoy the airboat tour. Children 3 years and under are free. It is not necessary to purchase a ticket for ages 3 years and under.
  • Tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour due to inclement weather
  • If you have selected the 4 p.m. time please note that it is a check in time only and that your airboat adventure will be leaving the dock at 5 p.m. so that you have ample time to explore the exhibit areas before they close at 5 p.m.

Boat was so loud, no wonder we didn’t see any alligators! Saw 2 birds and were told a few facts about sawgrass. Driver wasn’t overly friendly but did answer questions. Sooo many people - they were coming in by the bus loads so we were happy to get out of there

Thanks for your visit! Glad you got to hear some questions answered. The wildlife does not mind the noise but we do have heat advisories so they are trying to stay cool in the shade or under water.

I have always wanted to see the Everglades. I am fascinated by airboats, which were a big part of rescue operations in the aftermath of hurricanes, such as Katrina in Louisiana. We learned about the natural environment of Florida and rode on a fast boat on the surface of the wetlands (sawgrass). The operators provide earplugs for hearing protection and are very careful to keep us safe in stormy weather. The airboat pilot knew the calculation between a lightning flash and thunder, estimating that the lightning was five miles away, thus we returned early. The gift shop is fun and the staff are very knowledgeable. Now I wish to learn more, especially about the indigenous populations living in Florida before European colonization.

The boat ride was interesting and our guide was kind, knowledgeable and funny. Great first experience on an air boat!
