Do you ever wonder why someone gives 5-stars? This particular trip on March 23 did not go as promised due to the driver, Artie, and through no fault of Aspire Tours. It was an unusual circumstance - but these things do happen. What the company did afterward was nothing short of amazing. I got a phone call shortly after from Taylor at Aspire. Once details were confirmed, I and my friend received an offer for another tour at no cost - and total refunds, no argument. Stuff happens every day. It is the leadership and customer service that happens immediately afterward that makes all the difference. Class act all the way! This is a long-overdue thank you, but a sincere one with 5 STARS!
