I made reservations and as it so happened, the person I was going with hurt their back and I needed to cancel. Their policy states that a refund will be given if contacted 48 hours in advance. I began TRYING to contact them more than a week in advance. I called everyday and left messages, emailed everyday and never got a call back or an email back. I called when the website said they were open in hopes someone would answer the phone.
While I would have been open to rescheduling, I will never again even consider doing business with them.
Working in customer service myself, I realize the importance of taking care of business. The lack of customer service for Ifly, is so disappointing.
