Suitable for all physical fitness levels
If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
Minimum age is 3 years
Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
If you need to reschedule after your reservation is made please call the location directly. Modifications to reservation dates and times cannot be done any other way.

I made reservations and as it so happened, the person I was going with hurt their back and I needed to cancel. Their policy states that a refund will be given if contacted 48 hours in advance. I began TRYING to contact them more than a week in advance. I called everyday and left messages, emailed everyday and never got a call back or an email back. I called when the website said they were open in hopes someone would answer the phone. While I would have been open to rescheduling, I will never again even consider doing business with them. Working in customer service myself, I realize the importance of taking care of business. The lack of customer service for Ifly, is so disappointing. Sheila

Watching family members enjoy the experience. all 3 thoroughly enjoyed getting to fly.. The Instructor was wonderful w/the younger boys & everyone had fun being recognized when they received their certificates.

Awesome event for the family. We were able to get tickets for iFLY events in our neighborhood. The iFly team definitely made it memorable and we WILL be doing this again!
