They need to be more understanding and stop talking in such a condescending manner. I rented the vehicle because my friend was in town and interested in the idea of slingshots. I found this place online and the rates were decent. I get to the place and the person inside doesn't acknowledge us for about 5-10 mins. So we waited. My friend and I took two vehicles. One was great and the other piss poor. The vehicle was so loud due to a "wheel bearing " issue that it gave me a head ache. I reserved the vehicle at 5, which is closing time, after waiting 35 mins for the previous renter to return. I finally was able to get my slingshot and leave. Only to discover the issues. I reached out to the number for the location and I was told the vehicle is safe to drive it just left the shop. I then get a call to switch the vehicle at 10pm. I drove all the way back to the location just to get switched and the replacement had more issues than the last. The headlights were out, the car shook uncontrollably on the highway and had similar sounds to the first one I rented. I was told to reach out to the owner who then began to talk to me like I was a child. This is not my first slingshot rental so I knew what to expect as far as the driving experience. I had two vehicles during my rental period and both vehicles seemed to get little to know attention in regards to maintenance. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to rent, especially if you have driven one before.
