Our tour guide, GLEN was OUTSTANDING! I did the 7 hour tour, and although it does sound very long, time went by so fast because Glen made it very fun and he was very knowledgable! If it is your first time in NY like myself, I would highly recommend doing the 7 hour tour as you will see/visit a lot of sites. Now, I understand that 7 hours does sound exhausting, however DO NOT LET THAT DISCOURAGE YOU. It is worth it! The tour was also very organized wherein you get breaks in between, free time to roam around, and pick your own restaurant at the stop, and take photos. I thought about joining one of the bus tours, but I'm glad I didn't because I learned how to take public transportation in NYC subway and ferry, and that is a must when you visit NYC! Also, this is more interactive than the tour bus. You get to see additional sites not listed on the itinerary, as well as get to know your group. Thanks again Glen for a wonderful experience! :
Great tour of Manhattan from Midtown down to the Staten Island Ferry. The Top Of The Rock has zero visibility the day of the tour but our guide had no trouble getting them rescheduled. A good deal of walking but even with the cold it was well worth it.
Jared is one of the best guides I have come across in my life. His tour was such a delight. We managed to see an incredible number of sites during the day and miraculously were not tired at all, due to Jared's excellent organization skills and the fact that whatever he shared with us was so breathtakingly interesting and enetrtaining. Jared is extremely knowledgeable and wonderful person, and last but not the least - the stories, recommendations, insights he shared with us on anything, from history of the sights to best foodspots in New York - somehow made us feel true essense of New York.
If you want to learn about New York from different angles and feel what makes this city tick, Jared is a person to contact.
