From the moment you get there it first class. Clean and abundant shower and bathroom facilities to updated and clean, helmets vests and equipment. The staff is lighthearted and the atmosphere warm and the true team feeling that all the guides share. The trip is made safe and exceptionally fun. Shout out to WILL our guide!!

We have rafted with Cherokee Rafting 3 times now and each time has been incredible! Safety is truly their first priority. Rather than it being every boat for themselves, the guides work as a team and make sure to have rescue boats ready if rafts flip on the more intense rapids. All of the boats on the trips are in constant communication. The guides are knowledgeable and very personable. They also up the intensity of the experience (only if your boat is interested) by trying out cool tricks/surfing the rapids. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Great River, definitely recommend doing the full trip. Lots of rapids, fast paced, very professional outfitter. Our guide, Hendley, was a total champ- experienced, friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly cared that the clients had a good day on the river.
