So much fun and so different than a plane or float plane. A Helicopter experience is a must and landing on the glacier was an added bonus. Loved how we could fly through the valley and up to the top of the mountain and glacier and land in a small area - great time seeing so much different landscape, got to see a moose and several bear and our pilot flew back around so we could get pics - lots of fun!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

So glad I didn’t chicken out!! This was a true highlight. It was so to see the absolutely beautiful landscape of the Alaskan mountains and Glaciers. I felt very safe with our pilot and would definitely recommend the 60 minute Glacier landing trip. I would say this is a must when visiting Alaska. I even bought a hat, haha, to remember my adventure!!

Everyone and the tour were nice, but they did not follow their own Covid protocol sent by email upon reservation. No one used mask and/or asked to wear a mask inside the helicopter - including the pilot. The helicopter is good for 4 people + the pilot, flying with 6 passengers isn't good cause 2 people seat in the middle and can't see very well and it can be a little tight.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. It is not our policy to have anyone fly in our helicopters unmasked, least of all our pilots. After your flight you shared this feedback with us verbally, and we took action to correct your pilot's mask protocol that very day. I want to reassure you that we addressed this oversight and reinforced our mask policy with our entire team. As you experienced during check-in, throughout the company we take our mask policy very seriously for the safety of our guests and pilots. I would like to add that we normally do not fly our large A-Star helicopter for tour groups for the same reason you mention here, however our usual Robinson aircraft were unavailable that day so we combined parties into the A-Star for the tour, which is a very rare occurrence on our part. Thank you for flying with us, and please contact me directly if you'd be willing to join us again for a discounted flight so you can experience our true standard of excellence.
