We went to New York to get Explorer passes wrong address was giving it should have been 226 W 44th. Then when it was time to take a tour on double decker you have to find a location to pick up tickets then go to location to board bus. We got on bus the tour guide was late we were advise they had a upset stomach and had gone to washroom so about 45 minutes sitting I sun a tour guide show up. She was a nice lady but unfortunately had an accent could not understand anything she said so we did not know anything about the places we went to see. You also give limited information about the explorer pass the places we thought we could go to you had to pay to get in. We found this out after we received the booklet about the pass. I was really disappointed with the pass. It was always an additional fee for most of the things in the book. When you put on the internet Tour Option 3 attraction Pass you should explain only one tour on the bus and if it is a disaster you cannot go on another one. I will stop now it just was not at all was we all expected
Total waste of money!! You have to find a location to redeem your pass and of course the locations listed are the wrong address. I had to wait over a hour on a hot doubledecker for the tour guide to arrive because she had an upset stomach. When she got there she spoke no English. City tours horrible
I and my family were very impressed with this pass, it was easy to activate, jump some queues and save money on the whole experience! Very satisfied customers, would highly recommend.
