Very disappointing as tour operator cancelled late in the evening the night before the tour. No internet or cellphone reception in Yellowstone so did not even get the notification. Travelled all the way into the park and no tour taking place. Tour operator was not very apologetic and said these things happen when we travel.

Hi Gary. Thank you for your review. When we spoke on the phone after your trip was cancelled you mentioned you had gotten the email the evening before the hike at the Canyon Lodge where you were staying. I emailed you at 2PM the day before the trip with some alternative trip options. Also I tried to call your phone number in Great Britain that you had provided. As I told you, the guide who was scheduled to lead you came down with covid and no other guide was available. We had to cancel your trip because you were the only party booked for that departure. We were trying to impact the least amount of people as possible. I know it is disappointing to have a trip cancelled, and as an outfitter we sometimes have to make tough choices. Over 99% of our trips run as scheduled, but outliers do occur.
