We have been to Williams Arizona several times, and made a trip to the Grand Canyon four years ago. Didn’t take the train as we stayed at an RV park there, but it looked like fun. Well yesterday we finally got around to making a round trip and it was well worth the wait. Our PSA was Jennifer and she was outstanding. Informative and funny, even though her house was presently only 4 miles from a brush fire. With her great personality and willingness to help she was an added bonus which included singing cowboys, and since we were on an old time train our very own train robbers. Only got took for five dollars, willingly of course. Anyway it was a blast. The only negative I would throw in is if you are concerned about the mask wearing situation it is not enforced even though they state both written and verbally it is. We had a family of 4 placed next to us after the train left the train station (they were somewhere else when the train departed) and never put on a mask of any sort for the entire trip. Walked around freely and basically thumbed their noses at the regulation. Anyway we went about our own business and continued to enjoy the rest of the trip which we would do again. We highly recommend the Grand Canyon Railway.
