My experience with the trip was okay, the train ride was fun but the highlife was the tour of the grande canyon. My frustration with the tour agency was a promise that was made to me regarding a refund. To explain, when I originally book the trip I believe I did not mention the month and therefore the original booking was September rather than the plannned October and I explained this error to your agent, I asked if there might be a possibility of a refund for the September error and the response was I would hear from the company within 48 hours.
