We had looked forward to this as the highlight of 10 days in AZ and paid $500 for tickets up and back from Williams. First, having seen photos of a beautiful "fruit and pastry" buffet included with the most expensive tickets, we were disappointed to see the options were strawberry yogurt or a blueberry muffin. Employees were pleasant. Musicians were nice. Little cowboy "shoot-out" classic campy Western. BUT, on the return trip, in first class, fewer than half of the people in the car wore masks. While we asked the person in charge of the car to make an announcement, she continued chatting with the unmasked family. Across the aisle from them, a dad who had started with his kids wearing masks, stopped reminding them. Soon, more than half the car was unmasked. VERY disappointing! Don't risk your health, so NOT worth it. Drive a car, there's not much to see our of the train windows anyhow! $100+ per person is a very expensive nap.
