Absolutely loved our walking and eating tour with Emmeline. While not a native New Yorker herself, Emmeline knew all the great tidbits of information that make these kinds of tours worth it. She told us Dante, the actual Nice Guy, is a native New Yorker and he obviously passes on his knowledge freely to those who work for him. From the very first falafel shop in New York (which probably also means the very first in the US) to warm, cheesy arancini, we had a diversity of bites that was 100% New York and 110% the Village. Through our walking and chatting, Emmeline remembered our names and where we were from. Our group conversed easily with each other and with our guide, making it much more like walking the city with a knowledgeable friend than a tour. I’d honestly forgotten that food was included in the price because it was the same price as other tours I’d looked at where you buy your own snacks! A great time AND a great deal. Highly recommend Nice Guy Tours for your Greenwich Village tours and I am certain any other tours they offer will be just as good. Have to add: My group included two 17 year olds, rarely impressed by anything. They both said they had a great time, learned a lot, and their fave stop was Bleecker Street Pizza!
