take you back to Tuesday September 11, 2001 in New York City. Visit the grounds of the World trade Center or also know as Twin Towers. We had Loretta as our guide and feel like we hit the jackpot! Engaging, knowledgeable, charismatic...she made the tour very interesting . Her knowledge and expertise, particularly regarding 9/11, was impressive. The memorial is almost indescribable - the overwhelming loss our country felt and will always continue to feel, is masterfully, impeccably and respectfully represented. The lives of the fallen, the bravery of the responders, the pain of the survivors and families and the dedication of volunteers is profoundly and beautifully displayed. It is a somber, highly emotional memorial and will take a few hours to see and experience. We will never forget.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. All our guides are local New Yorkers and have their own perspective of the events of 911. Most of us were here on this day and the stories never end. We should never forget.

I have such respect for the people who put this museum and the memorial together. Be prepared to be moved to your core. This is an experience unlike any other. Don't miss it!

Nina was the best tour guide ever!!! She took her time with us, answered our questions, had tons of experience and knowledge to share. We thoroughly enjoyed her and could’ve spent the whole afternoon with her!!! Thanks bunches, Nina!
