Pause for reflection at the 9/11 Memorial Pools, and skip the long lines to the One World Observatory for panoramic views of New York. The One World Observatory is self-guided and the tour guide will not go with the travelers inside the observatory as you can spend as much time as you wish at the Observation Deck.

Spent the afternoon on a walking Ground Zero, Wall Street, etc. tour with Loretta. She was WONDERFUL, very friendly, knowledgeable & informative. Enjoyed our tour. One of our best tour guides ever.

The Observatory was so nice and being able to see so far. I really liked the way they had the 3d as you went up the elevator.

I learned so much from the guide. She truly knows the history of New York. Ground zero is a must see.
