Well to start, my wife and I were underprepared. If I could tell anyone the most important thing is be able to dress warm and have an outer layer for rain, even if it’s just a poncho over your warmer clothes. As far as the sunrise goes, it is very hit or miss. I repeat, hit or miss. That’s Mother Nature for you.
Now our guide, Preston, was awesome. He did everything within his power to make our experience the best. Remember, dress to stay warm and dry. Gloves, face coverings, extra socks, etc.
finally the road is a little winding and could cause some motion sickness so take some medication prior to leaving to be safe if you have any motion sickness at all.
