The Colorado River is our favorite family-friendly rafting trip. Beginning as snowmelt high in Rocky Mountain National Park, the Colorado Rockies give birth to the legendary Colorado River. Downstream of the national park, the river character intensifies through the famed and Class 5 “Gore Canyon”, and then below the river gentles. This is where our Colorado River Rafting experiences begin, with an introduction to white water rafting for families, and groups looking to enjoy an iconic Colorado vacation.

Miles was an outstanding guide. He was kind, fun and very capable. The views were astounding and we felt 100% safe the entire time. We even saw a bald Eagle! SO WORTH IT!!

So beautiful in that canyon, and Miles is a great host to show it to you! This is a wonderful trip for the whole family - moments of intense rapids alternating with calm areas where everyone can relax in the sunshine and notice all the wildflowers and wildlife. Thanks for writing about it!

Connor was our superb guide. He is also hilarious. Connor, you’re a card....Get back in the deck! Connor, you should be on the stage...It leaves in 5 minutes! It was a beautiful, relaxing and at times exhilarating trip on the gorgeous Colorado River. Take the plunge, people!
