The Colorado River is our favorite family-friendly rafting trip. Beginning as snowmelt high in Rocky Mountain National Park, the Colorado Rockies give birth to the legendary Colorado River. Downstream of the national park, the river character intensifies through the famed and Class 5 “Gore Canyon”, and then below the river gentles. This is where our Colorado River Rafting experiences begin, with an introduction to white water rafting for families, and groups looking to enjoy an iconic Colorado vacation.

This was the first time to Vail and to experience white water rafting on the upper Colorado river. It was such an experience. Our experience was above excellent. Highly recommend this excursion and experience.

Wonderful! In the latter part of summer, the Upper Colorado River becomes the most beautiful, and closest, river experience to the Vail - Avon - Eagle area. We love it bursting with fall color! Glad you enjoyed it so much!

This was a great trip! Our guide was Colin and he was super helpful and super great! My 83 year old Dad went on this trip and everyone was very patient and helpful with him. My Dad had a great time! I would definitely recommend this trip to all! 5 stars and if I could give more, I would!!
