We were looking for a place where we can have dinner before fireworks over Falls and this was the nearest restaurant. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated. It was a bit loud music there, so sometimes we had problem to hear what the other person is saying. It was 3 of us and we chose to drink cocktails - Mojito Caribbean ($14.50) and 2x Hurricane ($13.99 each) and to eat our choice was Asian noodle chicken ($18.99), spicy shrimp ($15.99) and chicken Caesar salad ($17.99) - everything was yummy. We waited a bit longer for the meals but there were many people so the kitchen must be very busy. Totally we paid $103.09 incl. tax. What we didn't like was that the person who served us came so many times to ask how we like it etc. with big smile on the face and it looked like the staff is trained to do this (I guess she is happy when her shift finish and she needs not to put very happy face on).

Welcoming staff, very scruffy attire. Very cold environment in the restaurant with air conditioning that wasn’t adjustable. Chip soggy and cold, chicken burger left in kitchen to be cold. Sorry did not live up to the reputation of the chain.

We went for a family dinner on the road. Had to wait for a table for about 30 minutes which wasn't overly bad. It was the usual Hard Rock offering but the atmosphere is a little muted compared to others. Food was fine. We took the classic burgers of varying toppings etc all grand. Good friendly service from Chelsea.
