This was one of the best tours we have been on! William was not only an excellent tour guide, he was an amazing story teller, engaging, personable, and overall wonderful. His professionalism also extended to his handling of some interesting disruptions the tour. He didn't even blink and was polite and good natured the entire time. William made our tour amazing and he was one of the best parts of our visit to Austin! And to top it off, he gave us great suggestions for local bars and restaurants to visit afterward. Thank you again Haunted Austin!

Guide was friendly and funny...Didn't like that we walked in circles, but enjoyed the history of buildings and other areas...would've liked to at the very least walk those deathly alleys
