Great experience on the harbor tour! The guides are very knowledgeable regarding hot spots on the water. Provided lots of information about the harbor as well. They also have the best music! Thoroughly enjoyed the tour!! Lots of activity on the ghost tube app the entire time we were on the water! Someone was talking to me that didn't seem to like my friend! Thanked her for shutting up at one point!

Trip was postponed on Sept 25 due to bad weather and cancelled the next night again due to bad weather. A credit has not been received yet. It has been 7 business days. Left 3 voice mail messages. No response. Called Viator customer service today for help. She researched and found NO refund request in process. She initiated one today. Very disappointed in this refund process.

This was a great tour! The staff were very professional and friendly. The sights were interesting to see and hear about. Would even recommend just for the peaceful evening boat ride.
