Truly enjoyable. We met in a small middle eastern restaurant. Here we tasted some wonderful food. It was just the first of many flavors offered on the tour. We visited 5 restaurants including a Portugese, Israeli, Italian. We ended at a dessert restaurant that served up a decadent ice cream sandwich made with three scoops of ice cream surrounded by halves of a donut. Throughout the tour the guide imparted a lot of interesting history about the neighborhood. What was really nice, he gave us his card and invited us to consult him if we had questions about restaurants throughout the city while we were in NY. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a taste of a variety of foods walking a limited area in New York City.

We love trying different kinds of food, so we chose this tour around the Hell's Kitchen area in NYC. At the same time, it's an area we haven't spent as much time in the times we've been in NYC, so we were very much looking forward to experiencing it and hearing the story behind it. It turned out that we were alone with our tour guide David Turk, so we got a very exclusive experience. David took the time to tell us a lot about the city, the history of the city, HK and the places we visited and the food we tried. He has lived in the city for 50 years, so he knows a lot about it. In all the 5 places we visited, we were greeted by very friendly hosts who took good care of us. A super good experience that can definitely be recommended.
