Beautiful house, wonderfully preserved. Has a fascinating history. Our guide, Jacob, has a history degree and clearly loves his subject matter. He made a great tour even greater. Our group of four was thankful to have found this. Will be back next time in town, assuming the tours to the Gallier House have resumed.

We booked this tour on a whim after walking by and hearing a tour guide talk about it. We were not disappointed. Our friendly tour guide was a history buff and gave us great detailed information about the two families, the time period and the property. I really enjoyed how each room featured original furniture and the decorations changed to feature the various time periods. A must see in my book.
