Our guide Katherine was very informative and gave my son (17) and I insights into the art as well as the evolution of the museum itself. You couldn’t see all the Met has to offer in 3 days, let alone 3 hrs, but Katherine gave us a great overview.

Viewing and appreciating in full the Met Museum's collection is the work of a lifetime. But, we enjoyed and benefitted immensely from the introduction provided by the Highlights tour. Our guide, Katherine's, extensive knowledge of the art we were seeing and the museum's history provided helpful perspective on the scope of the collection's. With that, she skillfully managed available time to allow focused attention on elements of the collection that were of particular interest to us. We highly recommend this tour and especially this guide
