Highlights of the tour include a stop at Rainbow Falls, a waterfall with an 80-foot drop, known for the many rainbows formed in its surrounding mist. Sit back and relax as you are transported in your air-conditioned motor coach to Volcanoes National Park where 70 million years of volcanic history are on display.

Guide was entertaining. Enjoyed seeing rainbow falls. Being in a volcano was a unique experience. Would be nice if there was more time for those that wanted to do one of the short hikes to be able to do so.

My husband is wheelchair bound. Our bus driver was wonderful. I think his name was Carl. Went above and beyond helping me with him. World highly recommend.

We really enjoyed this tour! Our tour guide picked us up at the cruise ship pier. Saw Hilo, Rainbow Falls, a lava tube, steam vents, and Volcano National park! We enjoyed his stories and tips. He gave us enough time at each stop. Took pics for us! When we returned, he told us about the free shuttle for Walmart/Target that would be arriving at the pier soon. We followed his suggestion of getting macadamia nuts and Kona coffee for cheaper prices by using that shuttle.
