I normally don't do negative reviews, just want buyer to beware. I am sure the actual tour would have been great, but unfortunately after a week of them texting me every day and informing us they still have availability, we booked it. We booked on a Thursday afternoon with the tour Friday morning. Same day we booked it, my father had a medical emergency that night which landed us in the Hilton Head ER. Our tour would have been the next morning. We woke up bright and early to call and explain what had happened and we couldn't go, but unfortunately it was less than 72 hours before tour cancelation, so they said no refunds. Normally I would understand this, but it was less than 24 hours from when I booked it to when the tour would have been. Normal cancelations I understand no refunds, but medical emergencies should be taken into consideration.

Sorry to hear your experience was not as planned. We do stick to our policy as shown but asked for some kind of documentation. This is to not allow guests at the last minute to cancel when their were reserved on a tour and a guide showed up for the tour.
We only return missed calls and possibly send a text, we do not hound people to take a tour.
