Флаглер Цоллеге

Judi was our guide. She was wonderful and has a great sense of humor. Not only did she drive us around to each stop, but she included history along the way. She was very knowledgeable about St. Augustine and the restaurants we were visiting. I would recommend Judi to anyone looking to book this tour.

Kim did a very good job but the tour was not worth the cost. She took us over the bridge for 2 of our tastngs. Only 1 of the 4 were in the historic district which was a disappointment. I have done a number of tasting tours and this is the only one where I got a sandwhich as one if the major tadtings. The sandwich was very good but overall the tour was not worth the cost.

On our Wine and Dine Tour, we strive to create a unique experience by highlighting both the historic district AND hidden gems in nearby areas, such as Anastasia Island and Uptown, to give guests a broader taste of St. Augustine’s culinary scene. We believe there’s so much more to St. Augustine than just the historic district and St. George Street, and we love showcasing places many visitors might not otherwise discover. For those who prefer to explore solely within the historic district, we recommend our Corks and Forks Strolling Tour as a great alternative. That said, we understand that expectations can vary, and we regret that this approach didn’t fully meet yours. Most of our guests truly enjoy the opportunity to explore MORE of what St. Augustine has to offer. As for the 'sandwich stop' mentioned, they featured an 11-meat datil pepper chili and a toasted sandwich (freshly baked bread) with honey-roasted turkey, provolone, arugula, tomato, red onion, and freshly made (in-house) pesto—paired with a Pinot Noir. A delicious combination from a beloved, locally owned venue! Yum! The tour also included other standout offerings, such as braised Brussels sprouts with balsamic glaze and feta cheese; a cachapa corn pancake filled with mozzarella, topped with nata cream, and paired with the Canaria cocktail (a delightful blend of rum, ginger turmeric, Angostura bitters, and simple syrup); an exclusive wine tasting with a freshly prepared charcuterie board; and a decadent key lime pie paired with sparkling rosé to finish. Just thinking about it has our mouths watering! All 5-Star dishes! Once again, we thank you again for your feedback! We always strive for 5-star experiences for our guests and deeply value all comments and suggestions. If any concerns arise concerning a tour, we strongly encourage DIRECT communication. This allows us to address and resolve any issues immediately, ensuring an exceptional experience for everyone. My wife said this was the best Birthday trip ever. Jessica our host was fantastic super friendly and knowledgeable. We are St Augustine fans but she wove history and culture together to really explain the development of St Augustine. The food wine and cocktails... Amazing. She took us to places we had never been to places we want to go back to. Do this tour and ask for Jessica
